Bridging Cultural Differences
This workshop examines the diverse aspects that affect the interaction between United States-based employers and employees from Hispanic cultures, influential factors such as communication styles, learning styles, and customs are examined through case scenarios that illustrate workers’ actions and behaviors in the workplace.
This workshop is presented by Rogelio H. Flores, president of Beyond-Borders. Flores specializes in bilingual communication and cross-cultural negotiations and is experiences as a corporate executive and bilingual business facilitator in varied industries in Mexico City and the United States.
