Fall Protection (8-hour course)
Fall protection is part of the everyday safety practices of many companies, but is your fall protection program meeting the current OSHA regulations and industry practices?
The MSEA sponsors an 8-Hour Fall Protection (Competent Person) training program. This program will cover the regulations in 29 CFR, 1910 Subpart D and 29 CFR, 1926 Subpart M.
The topics to be covered will include:
- OSHA Regulations
- Working Height Hazards
- Various fall protection systems
- Conduct annual fall arrest equipment inspection
- Definitions
- Review of when fall protection is required
- Develop a fall protection plan
